I wish Google would let me give 10 stars because 5 simply isn't enough for Matt Allen and his team.
My wife and I recently closed on our home, and after getting quotes from two other lenders, choosing Matt was one of the easiest decisions we made during the entire home-buying process. His rates were better, his closing timeline was faster, and his level of service wasn't even in the same universe as the competition.
I've worked with a lot of professionals over the years, but Matt may legitimately be the most organized human being on planet Earth. I wouldn't be surprised if he has a spreadsheet for his spreadsheets.
From day one, he was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly detailed. Every time I thought, "I should probably figure out what comes next," Matt had already anticipated it, explained it, and sent over exactly what we needed.
What impressed me most was how far beyond his job description he was willing to go. Matt wasn't just trying to get us approved for a loan—he was invested in making sure we were fully prepared for every step of the process. He became part mortgage broker, part project manager, part therapist, and part superhero.
There were moments when I was convinced he never slept. I'd send an email expecting a response the next day and somehow receive an answer before I even put my phone back in my pocket.
Buying a home is supposed to be stressful. Everyone tells you that. But Matt and his team somehow transformed what could have been a nerve-racking experience into a smooth, organized, and surprisingly enjoyable journey.
When closing day arrived, there were no surprises, no panic attacks, no last-minute chaos—just signatures and smiles. That's not luck. That's preparation, professionalism, and having the right person in your corner.

Thanks to Matt I received my home loan. I originally had a shady loan officer alter my papers and almost got denied a loan and was ready to give up on the process. Matt assured me he could get me the loan was very honest.... no shade here. He kept me informed each step ... put my mind at ease .. keep his word ... followed through. I now have a very nice home. He worked on hours ... off hours to make it happen. He's the best.
